DCM - Michael
We had a meeting for Assembly 2015. It was a holiday attendance was low. Mt Hood Community college can not do Assembly in September. There is another date open for Assembly in November 2015. Letter being read from Barbara regarding September or November Assembly. Discussion: The Embassy Suites and/or Holiday Inn by Airport for Assembly. Discussion: regarding doing Assembly in November 2015 instead of September 2015.
Intergroup – Clark
The meeting was moved from the 9th to the 16th. Expenses are lower then expected. Lease is up for Intergroup. They have agreed not to raise rent. Intergroup is going to renew lease.
Aug 17th is Intergroup Picnic, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Blue Lake Park, it is going to be a potluck, still looking for volunteers. Question: is there a contact? Answer: Yes. Jeff W.
There was an increase in literature but because of the North West Roundup it took care of it. Positions are available.
Webmaster – Peter
Site is good moving along bump in traffic 2100 hits per month estimated 70 people per day. Use form for events.
Events - Chris
Movie in the park – Have another committee meeting. John got bunch of prices for projector, machines need to find a place for Movie in the Park. Next meeting for committee meeting July 1st at 6:30 Cafe Delirium.
Question - How much is in events funds. $287.00.
Mobile Machine - $29.00
Popcorn Machine - $55.00
Projector - $100.00
Looking into backdrops.

Discussion: regarding donations for popcorn and 50/50 raffle for fund raiser begin selling tickets as soon as possible.
Archives – Laurie

Looking for leaflets for archives. Michael will look into it.

We have an opening for Alternate DCM

Question regarding the listing of website. Please get AA/oregon.org. Peter will submit.
Events committee going to meet at 6:30p.m at Cafe Delirium, more discussion on 50/50 raffle coordinated with movie.
Motion to have a fund raiser 50/50 raffle and drawing for Movie night and to start selling tickets now. Do not have to be at event to win. Michael will have them before next meeting.

Assembly – Looking into venues for Assembly, Holiday Inn and Embassy Suites. Great location for Shopping, Max and Dining.
Question: Do we have to have proposal ready before we bid on Assembly? Yes. There is a form. Also in need of a coordinator before bid.
Need to schedule another meeting for Assembly Planning Committee – Tuesday the 8th 6:45 pm ECAC. More research will be done.

Elected a person to help coordinate the 7 secretary’s, working well. There is an estimated 20 people in attendance at meetings.
